The classes range from $29.95 to $69.95 per person and most classes are two hours long. Cooking Classes include southern favorites, classic dishes and regional cooking Recent topics have been perfect for Little Rock's cold snap. Potato and Leek Soup and Black Eyed Pea Stew were just right for the cold Wednesday night. And the Five Cheese Macroni and Cheese along with made from scratch White Hot Chocolate were just what the doctor ordered for Comfort Food. One of our new chefs, Karol Zoeller, has won many awards for her pies at the Arkansas State Fair. Her latest class offered up Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas and her fabulous Key Lime Pie. Local Little Rock chef, Donnie Ferneau, of Ferneau Restaurant and recent winner of Little Rock Soiree's Platinum Service Award 2010 for Best Chef has two sold out classes scheduled for January, Beef and Fish of the Day. We look forward to Donnie's February offerings. Chefs, Melonie Garrison and Brian Kelley round out our talented team of cooking class professionals.
